Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a good understanding of our products, services and sales practices
- Stay current on solar industry legislation and incentive programs
- Initiate conversations with homeowners to introduce solar energy solutions
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to receive company updates
Our Ideal Candidate
Required Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to handle objections professionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working in an outdoor environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the solar industry is a plus
